The C + L team is made up of proud members of the LGBTQ+ family and fierce allies, united on one goal: creating beautiful products for dapper humans everywhere. Needless to say, June brings around one of our favorite times of year – PRIDE!
For our 2022 Pride Playlist we wanted to keep the theme of Re-Defining going. Being in Nashville the answer was right in front of us.
Nothing exemplifies the power of Re-Defining better than the LGBTQ+ country music artists and songwriters who keep finding themselves at the top of the charts.
So, we thought we’d dedicate this playlist to them. They’re amazing storytellers and you know how we love that. They’re also living their authentic truth and bringing their fans along with them.
For the Playlist we had three criteria:
- Written and/or performed by a member of the LGBTQ+ community
- Provided some inspiration and maybe laugh or two (it’s PRIDE after all)
- Perfectly playable for some poolside day drinking or PRIDE parade pre-gaming
Here’s where we landed. We hope it provides you with a new hype song, a proper walk-on soundtrack, and the reminder you need to feel empowered and energized as you go out and paint this world the perfect shade of you!
