Returns

Everyone at Clifton+Leopold wants you to love what you wear! If for any reason a purchase doesn't work for you, we will gladly accept a return. Returns are limited to unworn and unused products returned within 30 days of purchase.

Purchases will be refunded in the same form of payment used to make the original purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Refunds may take 48 hours to reflect on your account depending on the bank or issuer of the card.

All products must be unworn and in perfect condition in original packaging. If an item has been worn, we're unable to accept the return.

We offer free domestic shipping on all returns.

Exchanges 

Clifton+Leopold will gladly accept exchanges if an item isn't exactly what you need. All items must be unworn and unused and returned within 30 days of purchase to qualify for a return.

All exchanges must include a proper return authorization number in the box to be processed. You can obtain a return authorization number at returns@cliftonandleopold.com. Simply let us know what you would like to replace your item with and we'll begin the process.

Your exchange will ship once the original purchase being returned is received by the Clifton_Leopold team.

All items being exchanged must be unworn and in perfect condition and in the original box. If an item has been worn, we are unable to accept an exchange.

Gift cards are not eligible to be returned or exchanged.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
